• 訂單金額 滿 NT$2000 享免運
 • 未滿則酌收 NT$80 運費(不含偏遠地區)

宅配服務
• 訂單金額 滿 NT$3500 享免運
 • 未滿則酌收 NT$120 運費(不含偏遠地區)

📦 出貨時間說明
✅ 現貨商品:
• 出貨時間為下單日起 3~5 個工作天內
• 商品將依照訂單順序陸續出貨

🕒 預購商品:
• 出貨時間為下單日起 30~45 天內
• 商品同樣依訂單順序安排出貨
• 現貨商品與預購商品將一同寄出,如需要分開寄出需自行承擔運費

貼心提醒:
1. The WoWoland 將盡全力進行妥善包裝,保障商品安全,但運送途中如有破損或遺失風險,將由買家自行承擔。

2. 配送可能因以下情況而延遲:
• 天氣、交通狀況
• 偏遠地區配送
• 不可預期的突發狀況

3. 若需更改地址、時間或訂單內容,請於出貨前 24 小時,透過 LINE 聯繫客服(服務時間為週一至週六 09:00-18:00,週日及國定假日暫停服務)。

配送時間為預估,實際到貨時間視物流安排而定。
如有特殊需求,請事先評估並自行承擔配送時間風險。


Important Message:

Customer is responsible on ensuring the correct delivery address. Goods cannot be returned once they are sent.

Delivery Charges:

Orders over NTD 2000 are eligible for free shipping for 7-11/FamilyMart pickup, otherwise a shipping fee of NTD 60 will be charged (excluding remote areas).

Orders over NTD 3500 are eligible for free shipping for Home Delivery, otherwise a shipping fee of NTD 100 will be charged (excluding remote areas).

Delivery Dates for In-Stock Products:

For in-stock items, the shipment date is calculated from the order date and falls within 3 to 5 days. The orders will be shipped in the sequence of the order dates.

Delivery Dates for Pre-Order Products:

For pre-order items, the shipment date is calculated from the order date and falls within 30 to 45 days. The orders will be shipped in the sequence of the order dates.

Warm Reminder:

1. The WoWoland will make every effort to ensure safe and secure packaging to protect fragile items. However, customers assume the risk of damage or loss during the delivery process.

2. Delivery times may be subject to delays, suspensions, or rescheduling due to factors beyond our control, such as traffic, location, weather, and other unforeseen circumstances. We are not liable for any delays or rescheduling, regardless of the reasons within or beyond its control.

3. For changes in delivery address or date/time, or modifications to the original sales order, please contact our Customer Service Department via IG at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery, between 9 A.M. and 6 P.M. (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

The delivery time provided is an estimated time. The actual delivery schedule will depend on the local delivery driver and cannot be guaranteed. If you are sending a gift, traveling abroad, or have other special circumstances, you will need to bear the risk associated with delivery timing.
