本公司為香港註冊企業,全權負責 Boondog 品牌於香港、澳門及台灣地區的代理業務。香港及台灣官方網站均由我們香港團隊直接營運管理,所有訂單處理、客戶服務及售後支援均由香港總部統一負責。
在台灣地區,商品配送由我們長期合作的專業第三方物流夥伴提供服務,以確保貨品能安全、準時送達。
2. 服務政策說明
我們的營運完全符合香港相關法律法規,並已在網站上清楚列明相關條款。根據香港現行網購規定,並無法定強制退款要求,商戶可依據實際情況制定退換貨政策。

• 僅限於 Boondog Taiwan 官方網站或參展寵物展現場購買之商品

Statement on Company Operations and Return/Exchange Policy
Thank you for your continued support and trust in Boondog. We would like to clearly outline our operational structure and after-sales service policy to ensure a superior shopping experience for all our customers.
1. Scope of Operations and Website Management
Our company is a Hong Kong-registered enterprise and holds the exclusive distribution rights for the Boondog brand in Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan. Both the Hong Kong and Taiwan official websites are directly operated and managed by our Hong Kong team. All order processing, customer service, and after-sales support are centrally managed by our Hong Kong headquarters.
In Taiwan, product delivery is handled by our long-term professional third-party logistics partners to ensure that goods are delivered safely and on time.
2. Service Policy Overview
Our operations are fully compliant with relevant Hong Kong laws and regulations, and all terms and conditions are clearly stated on our website. According to current Hong Kong online shopping regulations, there is no statutory requirement for mandatory refunds; merchants may establish their own return and exchange policies based on actual circumstances. Nevertheless, we place great importance on customer experience and are committed to providing high-quality service. We specifically offer the following after-sales guarantees:

3. Exchange Guidelines To ensure fairness and service quality, please note the following when applying for an exchange:

Product Condition: Items must remain in brand-new, unused condition, with all original packaging and accessories intact.

Shipping Costs: All round-trip shipping costs incurred during the exchange process shall be borne by the customer.

Please note that all sales are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We offer a 7-day exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a exchange.
To be eligible for exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. The exchange policy only applies to products purchased from the official Boondog Taiwan website or from pet show exhibitions.
To start an exchange, you can contact us at sales-tw@thewowoland.com or via IG (@boondogtw). Once the return is accepted, we’ll send you the instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please note that if the value of the exchanged product is higher than the original purchased product, the price difference needs to be paid. If the value of the exchanged product is lower than the original purchased product, the price difference will not be refunded.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
